Hey! I’m Luke, a dedicated personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey has taken me from managing gyms and coaching thousands of individuals around the globe to working on cruise ships, where I honed my skills in diverse environments.

Now based in New Romney, I am passionate about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I specialise in weight loss fitness as well as helping people to manage long-term conditions, areas where I bring both expertise and lots of experience. My approach combines extensive knowledge of exercise and nutrition alongside lifestyle advice.

I provide a supportive service to people with long term conditions and people who struggle with weight loss, aches and pains. Who would like to move better and feel better, whilst improving their mental and physical wellness. All from the comfort, security and convenience of your homes and gardens. In the Romney Marsh area.
